What is Underground Cellar?
We are a leading online wine marketplace that provides the most exciting way to discover, buy, and store premium wines. We offer free storage in our temperature-controlled facility for bottles purchased on our marketplace or through exclusive partnerships with wineries like Zo Wines. Bottles are stored in your own personal “CloudCellar” that you can access online to view, favorite, and ship your wines on-demand nationwide.
What is The CloudCellar?
The CloudCellar is a temperature-controlled wine cellar with extensive cellar management tools that make it easy to get the most out of your collection. Features include:
- Quickly search your CloudCellar for specific bottles
- Access a detailed history of each of your wines
- Keep track of your favorite bottles
- Mix and match bottles from your cellar to ship on-demand
How do I add bottles to my CloudCellar?
We will only store and manage bottles you purchase through exclusive winery partnerships like Zo Wines, as well as any purchases made on undergroundcellar.com.
How do I get my wines delivered?
We store your wine for as long as you want. When you’re ready to enjoy your wines, you can mix and match any bottles in your CloudCellar collection to ship to your home, your vacation AirBnB, or as a gift to a fellow wine lover. You are fully in charge of your shipping addresses and recipients.
Your wine is shipped temperature-controlled all year long so it always stays fresh no matter the weather. Just remember someone 21 or older needs to be home to sign for it.
How much does shipping cost?

What states do you ship to?
We ship to all states except for Alabama, Arkansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, and Utah. We also do not support any shipments to PO Boxes, APO, AFT, DPO, or FPO addresses.
