Who is Underground Cellar?

We are a leading online wine marketplace and one of the nation's largest consumer wine storage solutions. Today, we are storing nearly 600k bottles of wine for more than 25k customers.

Our customers love us because we offer free wine storage in our climate-controlled facility for any bottles purchased on our marketplace or through exclusive winery partnerships. Customers can easily access their stored wines in their “CloudCellar”, an online portal that allows them to view, favorite, and ship their wines on-demand nationwide.

What is The CloudCellar?

The CloudCellar is a climate-controlled wine cellar with extensive cellar management tools that make it easy for storing customers to get the most out of their collection. Features include:

• Keep track of your favorite bottles
• Mix and match bottles from your cellar to ship on-demand

How do customers add bottles to their CloudCellar?

We only allow customers to store bottles purchased through our exclusive winery partners and any purchases made on undergroundcellar.com.

How do customers get their stored wines delivered?

We store wine for customers for as long as they want. When customers are ready to enjoy their wines, they can mix and match any bottles in their CloudCellar collection to ship to their home, their vacation AirBnB, or as a gift to a fellow wine lover. They are fully in charge of their shipping addresses and recipients. 

Wine is shipped temperature-controlled all year long so it always stays fresh no matter the weather. Just remember someone 21 or older needs to be home to sign for it.
