Returns can happen for a variety of reasons; for example, if there was damage during the delivery or no one 21 or over was able to accept the delivery.
When UPS returns a shipment, it can take a few weeks for it to get back to our warehouse. The shipment first needs to go to a UPS sorting facility where they will process the return, from there it is sent to our third-party shipping partner, where it is processed, and finally returned to our warehouse. Once the package is back in our warehouse, our team will process the return within a few days.
If there were any damaged bottles in your shipment, we will credit your account back the price paid for those bottles. Any undamaged bottles are returned back to your CloudCellar.

Please note that until the shipment is back at our warehouse we cannot control the speed at which UPS or our 3rd party shipping partners process your return, and we can only estimate the date at which it will be delivered back to our warehouse.
