You can view your account credits by either following this link: https://www.undergroundcellar.com/account/credits or clicking on the circle at the top right-hand corner of the page and selecting ‘Credits’.
On the Credits page, you can see all credits that were issued, redeemed, and suspended. You can also redeem a purchased gift card on this page to turn into account credits. Please note that promotion codes cannot not be redeemed on this page as credits, and must be used during checkout.
