You can view your orders by either following this link: https://www.undergroundcellar.com/account/shipments or clicking on the circle at the top right-hand corner of any Underground Cellar web page and selecting ‘My Shipments’.
On this page, you will be able to see all your shipment information, with the most recent shipment at the top of the page. Details include:
- Shipment address
- The price paid for the shipment
- When the shipment was requested
- Delivery Status
- Tracking Information (once the order has been picked up by UPS)
- Items included in the shipment
- SRP value of individual bottles
- Internal Shipment ID Number
Additional details about the bottles in your order are available by clicking on the name of the wine.
If your delivery status shows as ‘pending’ and/or there is no tracking number listed, this means the shipment has not been picked up by UPS yet. Please note, that it typically takes us 1-2 business days post-shipment request for our team to process the shipment before it is in the UPS system.
During warmer months we take some extra steps to better preserve your wine in transit. Ground shipments that will take longer than 3 days may be sent via a private temperature-controlled courier to your nearest UPS delivery hub. When the wine arrives at the hub it will enter the UPS tracking system, and this process can take 1-2 weeks. From the hub, the delivery will be fulfilled by UPS. While this process takes longer, we think it’s worth it to best preserve your wine!
