You can view your orders by either following this link: https://www.undergroundcellar.com/account/orders or clicking on the circle at the top right-hand corner of any Underground Cellar page and selecting ‘My Orders’.
On this page, you will be able to see all your historical orders, with the most recent orders at the top of the page. You’ll be able to see details such as:
- Quantities of bottles purchased
- SRP of bottles purchased
- Total order price
- Any discounts that were applied to the order
- The total price you paid
- Order number
- Date the order was placed
You can also see additional details about the bottles in your order by clicking on the name of the wine.
In the rare event that we were unable to secure a specific vintage, we may substitute a wine in your order for one of equal or greater value from the same winery or variety. This can happen for several reasons, such as supply issues, damage, or inaccurate inventory. Should this happen, your order’s original bottle will be greyed out indicating a quantity of 0 The replacement bottle will be added to that same order list. The original bottle will not be shown in your CloudCellar, only on the order page of your account.
